Each and every member of Bannerlot.com is required to agree with and abide by the following terms and conditions. Violation of any point written within this document will result in being banned from the use of Bannerlot’s services. Furthermore, anyone deemed violating the terms and conditions will have their existing credits forfeited.

Bannerlot.com is a free service to all its members. All Bannerlot members acknowledge that this is so and realize that the free service may be discontinued at any point in time for whatever reasons the administrators see necessary.

All members must agree that all the information pertaining to the website that the member has submitted to Bannerlot may be used by the administrators for the service’s purposes. Some of the uses include, but are not limited to, a list of the busiest sites, a member directory, a list of the most active sites, and more.

The management and administrators of Bannerlot.com, assures our members of our tireless efforts to bring excellent service. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages that may come about due to the use of the service. All members agree that they are using the free services of Bannerlot at their own risk. Bannerlot cannot be held responsible for any loss of information or any such events. Furthermore, we cannot give any guarantees regarding the dependability, accuracy, and timeliness of all the information contained within the website.

Members are required to make use of the full HTML code that we provide to display banner ads on their websites. We also require that the HTML code be unmodified. Members may use the full and unmodified HTML code in as many pages in their site as they wish. Furthermore, Bannerlot reserves the right to verify the correctness of the HTML code by any means possible.

Members are not allowed to use more than one HTML code on a single web page. More so, members are barred from utilizing any device or program that would present a fake increased traffic count on their websites. Members are furthermore not allowed to include a Bannerlot HTML code on a page that automatically loads without any input from the user. Along these lines, members must place his banner only on sites that are related to his content.

Any member found to violate any of these terms and conditions is subject to being banned from using Bannerlot’s services. Furthermore, all existing credits will be forfeited.

Bannerlot is exempt from any legal action including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees and other legal expenses arising from any member’s violation of this agreement. This condition applies even after the termination of this agreement.
